Boy Scouts Seek District Leaders to Deliver Mission of Scouting
District Chairman Sought to Lead Expanded Scouting Program for Boys and Girls

We need your help! Potawatomi Trails District of Three Fires Council of Boy Scouts of America needs to fill key district positions with community leaders to help it fulfill its mission of preparing young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
We are looking for a district chairman to lead and deliver the program to boys and girls during this time when Scouting is being fully opened up to the whole family. Potawatomi Trails serves Elmhurst, Lombard, Villa Park, Oakbrook, Oakbrook Terrace, Hillside and Berkley.
Girls will be fully welcomed into Cub Scouts starting in the fall. Girls Troops of the new Scouts BSA (the new name for Boy Scouts) program will be welcomed fully into Scouting in February of 2019.

This is the chance for community leaders to step forward and positively impact the lives of more young people than ever before through the Scouting program. This is an opportunity to open doors of the Scouting world for both boys and girls.
Beyond the district chair position, there are many opportunities to serve the Scouts and Scouters of Potawatomi Trails District. Contact Dan Tuskey, the District Executive of Potawatomi Trails District, at Dan.Tuskey@scouting.org for more information.
