Burglar Cuts $300 Gash in Jeep Window for Pack of Cigarettes
Nothing else was reported missing from the soft top Jeep.
Someone slashed the left rear plastic window of a soft top Jeep Wrangler between Aug. 11 and 12 while it was parked in a lot in the 400 block of Spring.
A pack of cigarettes was taken from the center console, according to Elmhurst police.
Nothing else was reported missing, but the damage to the car is estimated at $300.
