CAA 2016 Trade Show & Ed Conference: Calling all Chicagoland Property Managers and Staff

The Chicagoland Apartment Association’s (CAA) 2016 Trade Show and Education Conference will take place on Tuesday, April 12th at the Drury Lane Theatre & Conference Center in Oakbrook Terrace. The event offers property managers and on-site staff an opportunity to learn how to enhance services for their residents and rental prospects, create a stronger team, develop strong communication skills, as well as develop overall best practices to generate positive results for their organizations. Education sessions also count as continuing education credits for NAA designations.

Details are as follows:

SHOW SCHEDULE

• Show Floor Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Pre-Paid Attendees Only; Lunch is not available for purchase on-site.)

EDUCATION CONFERENCE CLASSES SCHEDULE*:

Each session offered as a part of the conference counts as 1 continuing education credit towards National Apartment Association (NAA) designations (CAM, CAS, NALP, etc.).

• 9:00 a.m. - Enhancing Service to Rental Prospects and Residents, with Patricia Trombello

• 10:15 a.m. - Creating the Dream Team: Move Over ‘Us vs Them’ Attitude and Unite the Office & Maintenance to Soar in Service, with Amy Kosnikowski Dilisio

• 11:30 a.m. - Body Language Confidential, with Traci Brown

• 1:30 p.m. - Best Practices Panel (Panelists t.b.d.)

*Classes are only available to those who purchase the attendee options (1 member, 1 non-member) that include the conference; the conference option includes one or more sessions for those who purchase.
