Elmhurst Knights of Columbus Return with Friday Night Fish Fry and a Legacy of Giving

Event Details

537 S York St, Elmhurst, IL, 60126

The Elmhurst Knights of Columbus will host its annual Friday Night Fish Fry beginning February 20 through March 27at The Renaissance Room located at 537 S. York Road in Elmhurst. Dinner service begins each Friday at 5:00 p.m.  Plenty of free parking in the back.

The Fish Fry is more than a meal — it is a celebration of community impact. Over the past eight years, the Knights have donated$300,000 and contributed over 34,000 service hours to local charities and organizations throughout Elmhurst.

“Our annual Fish Fry is an opportunity to thank the community,” said Grand Knight Alan Quarrie. “Because of the community’s support, we’ve been able to make a meaningful difference. Together, we have built a legacy of giving right here in Elmhurst.”

This year’s menu features both fried and baked wild cod, along with fish tacos and homemade seafood chowder. A children’s menu is also available. Guests can also enjoy cold beer and a specialty cocktail created by the Knights’ bartending team.

Fish Fry Chairman Ken Odom added, “We serve the highest grade of wild cod — it’s like the Wagyu of cod. We’re proud to provide a quality meal that brings people together.”

“When you come to our Fish Fry, it’s not just about the food — it’s about community,” Quarrie said. “You’ll walk in and recognize friends, neighbors, and families. It’s a gathering place for Elmhurst.”

The Elmhurst Knights of Columbus extend special thanks to Platinum Sponsor McGrath Elmhurst Toyota and Gold Sponsor Hassett Moving and Storage and Fifth Third Bank for their generous support in helping make the event possible and being a great partner of the Knights of Columbus.
