Join Kristin Sassi, Sound Bath Practitioner and ERYT for Season of the Heart: A Restorative Sound Journey at FFC Elmhurst on Sunday, November 15th from 3:00-5:00 PM.

This is not your typical sound bath. It is a layered & immersive experience that begins with gentle restorative yoga to help the body soften and settle, preparing you to fully receive the healing vibrations of an expansive sound bath meditation with over 30 instruments. Surrounded by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, pyramids, spirit flutes airy chimes, monochord, percussion, harmonium, and both planetary and wind gongs, you'll be invited into a state of profound stillness and inner spaciousness.

The interplay of sound and silence creates a nourishing environment for relaxation, reflection, clarity, and integration.

Doors open at 2:30 PM.
