Thank you to all who attended, donated, or supported Child's Voice's 2019 Golf Tournament and helped change the lives of children with hearing loss. June 11 was an amazingly beautiful day for golf and dinner at Arrowhead Golf Course in Wheaton. Attendees heard from alumni who told of their successes after graduating from Child’s Voice, and had fun challenging graduates to putting and driving contests. Generous donors helped us offer live and silent auctions and a raffle as well as lunch, a reception, and dinner, and a helicopter ball drop provided an exciting beginning to the dinner program.

Located in Wood Dale and Chicago (Roscoe Village), Child’s Voice is a Chicago-area nonprofit that serves over 400 children annually, all with or at-risk for hearing loss. These students learn to listen and speak, they wear hearing aids and cochlear implants, and they move back to their local, mainstream schools by Kindergarten/first grade ready to succeed. Families are from over 80 different zip codes and represent over 30 different school districts each year.
