The concept said Spring Road in Elmhurst is fast becoming an entertainment and beer destination.

"The premise of Bottle Theory is simple – to enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in an inviting atmosphere, with great company," the concept said.

The Elmhurst establishment will be Bottle Theory's flagship, with more locations planned across the Chicago area, according to the concept.
