Crosswalk Blockers At Elmhurst Store: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police were told this week that people were standing in the crosswalk at Kohl's, 303 S. Route 83, and preventing cars from passing.

One driver honked her horn at the people, who then approached her car and banged on it, police said. The suspects denied ever touching the car.

The incident, listed as disorderly conduct, occurred about 4:30 p.m. Monday.

Police said an investigation was pending.
