Kristen Elkins
Kristen Elkins (nee Jacobsen), 45, formerly of Elmhurst, died on May 17.
Mrs. Elkins is survived by her husband, David; her daughters, Lanie and Mikayla; and her parents, Carol and Don Jacobsen.

She grew up in Elmhurst, attended the University of Illinois and raised her family in Schaumburg and Elmhurst.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 24, at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Road, Elmhurst. A memorial Mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 25, at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, 426 N. West Ave., Elmhurst.

Gail Elizabeth Fewer Coughlin, 61, of Johns Island, S.C., formerly of Elmhurst, died May 18.
Mrs. Coughlin was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Sellar Fewer.
She is survived by her husband, William; her daughter, Seneca (Mike) Ulto; her grandchildren, Michael, Taylie and Ryleigh; and her father, Lucas Fewer.
She had a passion for volunteering and was a key contributor to her community.
A memorial will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, May 24, at Lake House on Seabrook Island, S.C.

James Mastrino
James V. Mastrino, 91, an Army veteran of World War II, has died.
Mr. Mastrino is survived by his wife, Antoinette C. (nee Cirrincione); his children, James, Marilyn Partsch and Cheryl Bares; his nine grandchildren; and his six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 24, at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 S. York Road, Elmhurst. A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
