A special four-course Bacon & Bourbon dinner celebrating the American spirit on Thursday, August 25.

Bring home the bacon! Devon Seafood + Steak in Oakbrook Terrace (17W400 22nd Street) is celebrating an American spirit by offering a special four-course Bacon & Bourbon Dinner on Thursday, August 25, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome course of Pan Fried Goat Cheese, with Pinnacle Farms tomatoes and crispy lardons, paired with a glass of Basil Hayden’s, a light and easy to sip craft bourbon with a clean finish.
For the second course, savor in a Cherrystone Clams Casino, with smoked pancetta, complemented with a glass of Knob Creek Single Barrel, with deep and complex flavors of vanilla, nuts and oak.

Next is a Bacon Crusted Petite Filet, with green peppercorn butter and fingerling potato salad, complete with a glass of Maker’s 46, with bold flavors of vanilla, caramel, oak and spice.
To top off the night, indulge in Peaches & Cream, with bourbon macerated cherries, paired with a glass of Maker’s Mark Manhattan, traditionally made with Maker's Mark, sweet vermouth and maraschino cherry juice for a drink made for slow sipping.
