Drugs, Toddler Found In Car During McDonald's Disturbance: Cops
Police said they responded to a call for a disturbance after Milo had become upset after not getting cookies and ice cream for her daughter.

ELMHURST, IL — Two people were arrested after a disturbance at McDonald's in Elmhurst on Tuesday night. Police arrested Victoria Milo, 29, of Houston, Texas; and Tony Tan, 29, of Morton Grove at 11:51 p.m. Sept. 19 at McDonald's, 920 N. York.
Police said they responded to a call for a disturbance after Milo had become upset after not getting cookies and ice cream for her 4-year-old daughter, and she began knocking on the drive-thru window. When police arrived on scene, Milo was found to be driving under the influence of drugs and was in possession of suspected Alprazolam, Oxycodone and Hydrocodone.
According to police, the passenger in her car, Tan, was also found to be in possession of Alprazolam.

Both Milo and Tan were arrested and Milo was charged with DUI-drugs, three counts of unlawful possession of controlled substance, endangering the life of a child and a child restraint violation. Tan was charged with unlawful possession of controlled substance. Both were transported to DuPage County Jail.
