The tournament featured teams from Indiana, Michigan and Illinois. Members of the team include Kyle Mayr, Mark Schneider, Matthew Huffman, Joey Coglianese, Matthew Sosnowski (Goalie), Zachery Thornton, Noah Hoch, Tieg Haller, Richie Wilbert, Alan Lazar, Michael Bucolo, Ryan Cassidy, Gavin LaPointe, Tony Salzinger and Andrew Hoffing.
