Dr. Kosik is based at Elmhurst Clinic’s offices at 1200 S. York Street, Suite 2000 in Elmhurst, with office hours at the Edward-Elmhurst Health Center at 8 Salt Creek Lane, Suite 301 in Hinsdale. Dr. Kosik received her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago and completed her General Surgery residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
