Elmhurst D205 To Start Late Tuesday

ELMHURST, IL –Icy roads are delaying the start of classes Tuesday morning for Elmhurst School District 205.

In a statement at 5:40 a.m., the district said it would follow a standard late start schedule.

Students who walk or drive to school should not arrive prior to 20 minutes before the delayed start time, the district said.

No before-school activities will be held, the district said.

The district said information on the opening status of schools will be on the district's websites, social media pages (Facebook, Instagram and X).
