An employee shouted racial slurs and obscenities at the guard, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – A security guard and an employee of an Elmhurst trucking company were arrested after they got into a fight a couple of weeks ago, police said.
Through a public records request, Patch obtained the details.
Jasha Taylor, 28, of Jacksonville, Florida, was arrested on charges of assault and disorderly conduct. Milenko Kremic, 39, of Chicago, was arrested on a charge of battery. They were released on bond.

The incident occurred about 8 p.m. July 24 at Super Ego Logistics, 677 N. Larch Ave. The business, which is the site of frequent police calls, has received "chronic nuisance" warnings from the city.
According to the police report, Taylor, who had left her phone in a truck, was told that a driver who was taking the truck gave the phone to Super Ego staff for safekeeping.

When she went inside, Kremic, a security guard, said he knew nothing about the phone.
Taylor told police that Milenko got aggressive and told her to leave, pushing her out, the report said. Two truck drivers were on hand, with one taking video of the fight, police said. Kremic did not want the driver recording the moment, so he pushed the phone out of the driver's hand, police said.
The video showed Kremic trying to guide Taylor out the door. Taylor, an African American, told Kremic, who is white, "Leave me alone, n---a," the report said.
Kremic told police that Taylor intentionally spit at him. The video shows Kremic wiping his face, but officers were unable to determine whether Taylor spit at him or whether she sprayed him with saliva as she was yelling, police said.
According to the report, Kremic also said Taylor called him things such as "small a-- d--k," "white d--k b---h a--," "n----r" and p--sy."
Super Ego had to call its headquarters in Serbia to get footage from lobby cameras. Only employees in Serbia can access local recordings, police said.
Officers said they determined both Taylor and Kremic were at fault. Police said Taylor made Kremic feel as if he would be struck.
In February, a truck driver was accused of threatening Super Ego co-workers with a machete. And in March, a truck driver was spit on by a former co-worker outside the Super Ego building, police said.
Numerous thefts have also been reported at Super Ego.
