Elmhurst Garden Club College Scholarship Application Deadline May 1

With a May 1 deadline fast approaching, the Elmhurst Garden Club continues to accept applications for scholarships for college/university students pursuing degrees in environmental studies; horticulture; conservation; landscape design; forestry; and associated science fields of study. Applicants must be current residents of Illinois; current full-time sophomore, junior, or graduate student enrolled in a minimum of 12 graded hours of college/university classes; or 1st year community college student applying for scholarship in subsequent years of study.
Scholarships are funded by proceeds from the EGC Garden Walk & Faire which takes place annually on the second Sunday of July. Over the past 24 years the Elmhurst Garden Club has awarded well over one hundred college scholarships totaling over $160,000.
