Elmhurst Group To Hold Candidate Forums
The event to feature congressional, coroner and recorder candidates.
ELMHURST, IL – The Elmhurst chapter of the League of Women Voters plans to hold candidate forums Jan. 21 at Elmhurst City Hall. This is in preparation for the March 19 Democratic and Republican primaries.
From 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. are the Democratic candidates for DuPage County coroner (Jeffrey Jacobson and Judith Lukas). From 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. are the Democratic candidates for DuPage County recorder (Pete DiCianni, Liz Chaplin and Kathleen Carrier).
From 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. are the Democratic candidates for the 6th Congressional District (Democrats Sean Casten, Charles Hughes and Mahnoor Ahmad).

The forums are set to be recorded and shared on the league's website.
Residents can submit questions for candidates to the league's email address. The group said it cannot guarantee the inclusion of all submissions.
