ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst will honor veterans in a special ceremony on Veterans Day. The event will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11 at the Veterans Memorial in Wilder Park. According to the city, the event will include a posting of the rifle squad, a placement of the cross by the Elmhurst American Legion, a speech by Mayor Steve Morley, the placement of wreaths and more.
