Elmhurst House Labeled Chronic Nuisance
This was after a person was taken to the hospital in a domestic battery incident, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police labeled a house in the 200 block of East Grantley Avenue a chronic nuisance. This follows a domestic disturbance.
About 4 p.m. Saturday, an argument at the house turned physical, with one person punching another, according to a police report. The victim was taken by ambulance to Elmhurst Hospital, police said.
Charges of domestic battery causing bodily harm are pending against the suspect, police said. The suspect's name has not been released.
