Elmhurst Jesus Backer Charged In Library Incident
He was upset with something on an employee's desk, so he yelled and swore at her, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man who writes about his devotion to Jesus Christ on social media was charged last week.
The 50-year-old man, who lives in the 200 block of East Fremont Avenue, was cited on a disorderly conduct charge, police said. He was also issued a no-trespass notice.
About 5 p.m. Friday at Elmhurst Public Library, 125 S. Prospect Ave., the man yelled and demanded a female employee take down a flag on her desk, police said.

He continued to yell and swear, but eventually left, police said.
Police did not describe the flag in question.

The man's Facebook page includes many references to Jesus. The main photo on his page says, "Jesus Saved My Life." He also writes, "To conquer evil, you must instill fear in it."
