Elmhurst Man With 7 Warrants Charged With Trespassing
The latest incident occurred at a downtown bar, local police said.
ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man who has repeatedly gotten in trouble over the years was arrested last week on a trespassing charge, local police said.
The incident occurred about 1 p.m. Tuesday at The Club Shot & Beer, 113 N. Addison Ave., police said. He had seven DuPage County warrants.
The 39-year-old man, who lives in the 600 block of West Fay Avenue, was taken to the DuPage County Jail. He has since been released.

In August, the man spat at a woman outside Elmhurst Family Dental, 314 N. York St., and then charged at her, prompting her to go inside, police said. He was charged with assault.
The same month, the man was arrested on a trespassing charge in the 400 block of North West Avenue, police said.

For a short while over the summer, police listed the man as homeless, but have resumed listing his address on Fay Avenue.
In 2025, the man was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was accused of scaring children in the early evening of Halloween. He then approached someone else and smacked his phone to the ground, causing the screen to crack, police said.
