Elmhurst Man Among Latest DUI Arrests: Cops
Another DUI suspect faces a total of 17 charges, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – In the recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of DUI, drug possession and driving violations. Here is information from the latest reports:
DUI
- Alexander Kuriakose, 36, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 6:30 p.m. in the 700 block of North Howard on charges of DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
- Angel D. Soriano Jr., 24, of Orlando, Florida, was arrested about 6 a.m. Sunday at York and Park on charges of aggravated DUI, reckless driving, possession of marijuana by a driver, driving with a suspended license, possession of alcohol by a driver, passing in a no-passing zone, speeding, improper lane usage (two counts), driving on the wrong side of the road (two counts), disobeying a traffic control signal, disobeying a stop sign, failure to signal, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended registration. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- Grover Davis, 44, of Chicago, was arrested about 3 a.m. Sunday at West and First on charges of aggravated DUI, aggravated driving with a revoked license, driving too fast for conditions and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- Spicer J. Quentin, 26, of Bellwood, was cited about 11 a.m. Thursday at Villa and Vermont on charges of driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver. He was released on bond.
- Duglas Cifuentes, 30, of Melrose Park, was cited about 5 a.m. Saturday at Lake Street and Route 83 on charges of no valid driver's license and disobeying a traffic control device. He was released on bond.
Drugs
- Steven Foster, 64, of Bensenville, was arrested about 10 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of North York on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
