Elmhurst Man Nabbed In Pricey Neighborhood: Cops

The man returned to his house and was charged with violating his pretrial release, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man was arrested again last week in one of the city's priciest neighborhoods.

Shortly after midnight Tuesday, the 45-year-old man, who lives in the 400 block of South Kenilworth Avenue, was charged with violating his pretrial release at his house, local police said.

Police said they responded to a "verbal domestic."

Last month, the man was charged with misdemeanor aggravated assault at the house, police said.

In both instances, the man was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
