Elmhurst Man's 'Lewd Exposure' In Home's Window: Cops
The resident faces a charge of public indecency, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – A 29-year-old Elmhurst man was charged last week after a woman saw him performing a sex act in his second-floor apartment window, local police said.
The incident occurred about 9 a.m. Friday at The Marke apartment complex, 100 N. Addison Ave., police said.
The man faces a charge of public indecency involving "lewd exposure," police said.
