ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst masseuse who bared a local officer's buttocks and was later seen with her pants undone was arrested last month, police said.

The masseuse was identified as Aiming Zhu, 47, of Elgin. She was charged with failure to post a massage permit within a work area, an unlawful massage and two massage establishment violations.

She was listed as the manager of YS Massage at 195 N. York St., which shares a wall with City Hall in downtown Elmhurst.

Through a public records request, Patch obtained the full police report, which documented an undercover officer's experience at the business.

During the afternoon of May 23, the undercover officer, who was given $105 in spending money, visited the business. He paid $50 for a half hour's massage, police said.

During the massage, Zhu pulled down the rear of the officer's underwear, exposing his buttocks, which she rubbed, the report said.

Zhu climbed up on the bed and rubbed the officer's buttocks harder, police said. At one point, she stepped out to answer a phone call.

During that time, the officer pulled up his underwear. When Zhu returned, she laughed and pulled the underwear back down, according to the report. She put hot oil in her hands and continued massaging the officer, police said.

Zhu put her hands as close as possible to the officer's genitalia when rubbing his legs, then would return to his buttocks, the report said.

The officer said he wanted to give the woman a tip.

"She said OK and began 'patting' me on the buttocks, almost as if she was giving me a playful spank," the officer wrote in his report. "She then began telling me that next time I would get a better massage, saying today was (a) 'very professional massage.'"

The officer gave her an additional $20, so she kept patting his buttocks, the report said.

A few days later, police showed up at YS Massage. When they entered, Zhu's pants were unzipped and seemed to be undone, the report said.

In one of the massage rooms, officers found a man in an "undressed state," police said. He was told to get dressed.

Another woman, who spoke little English, was found in a common area at the rear of the business, police said. She said she worked there.

Zhu was told she violated an Elmhurst ordinance by touching customers' buttocks, failing to put locks on massage rooms and keeping viewing windows on massage room doors.

She was also told she failed to display a massage or business license, as required.

English is not Zhu's primary language, but she understood what officers were telling her, the report said.

She was placed under arrest and taken to the Elmhurst police station.
