The Elmhurst Office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group Collects Food for Elmhurst-Yorkville Food Pantry.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group, in conjuction with the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation, holds an annual company-wide Week of Kindness in June during which close to 500 Realtors® from 24 of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group offices plan to volunteer time and services to organizations in their respective communities. The Elmhurst office, located at 210 N. York Street, chose to collect food staples and necessities for the Elmhurst-Yorkville Food Pantry. The mission of the Elmhurst-Yorkville Food Pantry is to distribute food and relieve hunger in Elmhurst and the surrounding communities.

Jude Marchetti, Managing Broker of the Elmhurst office, said, “We are so pleased with the results of our Elmhurst-Yorkville Food Drive and love the fact that we’re supporting people right here in our community.” She continued, “Agents, their clients and the community at large were so supportive and donated so much! In total, 32 cases of juice boxes, 100 cans of vegetables, 100 cans of fruit, 20 boxes of cereal, 50 rolls of paper towels, 50 rolls of toilet paper, 20 salad dressings and 100 other items were all donated. I’m so proud!”
