Elmhurst Resident Kaili Harding Wins IWIB Award

(Wheaton, IL) November 20, 2015 –Daily Herald Business Ledger honored Schaumburg Business Association president and Elmhurst resident Kaili Harding as one of eighteen executives with the Influential Women in Business award. These awards are presented to women executives who excel in business, civic and personal areas, as well as being role models for the future generation.

“I’m very grateful and honored to receive this award,” says Harding. “My career has been strongly influenced by other women and friends in the business world. I encourage women to support each other, especially those just entering the work force. They need to hear from us to not be afraid to be ambitious and to always fight for what they deserve.”
Harding went on to thank her staff at the SBA and let them know they make work a fun and enjoyable experience. She also recognized the more than 600 members of the association and looks forward to the future with them. Harding is also a national speaker and advocate for the American Diabetes Association, along with being a mentor and volunteer for numerous causes.

She wanted to leave attendees with one last thought by sharing her personal motto, “offer help where you see it is needed, ask for help when it is warranted, and accept help with gratitude when it is offered”.
