Elmhurst Residents Sue ComEd over Damage from Utility Pole Fire

Tim and Linda McCarthy filed a lawsuit in Cook County against ComEd, according to the Cook County Record.
The McCarthys claim ComEd is responsible for the pole fire because electrical wires were exposed to outside elements. They allege ComEd didn’t make sure proper safety measures were in place.
