Elmhurst Symphony Broadcasts November 2018 Concert

Enjoy the sight and sounds of the ESO in a spectacular concert from 2018, French Connections, with music of Chopin, Saint-Saëns, and Bizet.

During the month of August the Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra concert from November, 2018, “French Connections,” will be broadcast on Comcast Channel 6 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 on Thursdays at 5:00 pm and Saturdays at 7:00 pm. Enjoy music of beloved composers with French connections: Chopin, Saint-Saëns, and Bizet. Chopin’s beautiful Piano Concerto No. 2 in F minor, Op 21, features the spectacular talents of Adam Neiman, an ESO audience favorite. Acclaimed organist Michael Surratt shines in Saint-Saëns’ Symphony No. 3 in C minor (Organ Symphony), and the ESO rounds out the program with the well-loved Carmen Suite No. 1 by Bizet. In addition, the Symphony performs Armed Forces Salute in honor of current, retired and former military personnel.
