Elmhurst Teen Found Safe: Cops

Perrier has been found and is safe, the sheriff's office said.

ELMHURST, IL — UPDATE: Amanda Perrier has been located safe, the DuPage County Sheriff's Office said.

ORIGINAL STORY: The DuPage County Sheriff's Office is looking for the public's assistance to help find a missing 16-year-old from unincorporated Elmhurst. Amanda Perrier was last seen leaving York High School on Nov. 14 at 10 a.m., the sheriff's office said.

Perrier was last seen wearing a beige sweatshirt, blue jeans with a ripped knee and white Vans shoes. She is 5'4", 140 pounds and has long red hair.

Police said Perrier is not believed to have a cell phone and she may be in Wisconsin.
