Elmhurst Teen Spit On Another During Domestic Dispute: Cops

She and two others were charged with domestic battery in different incidents. All went to the county jail.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police arrested three people on domestic battery charges in the last few days. All were taken to the DuPage County Jail. Here is information from the reports:

  • An 18-year-old Elmhurst woman who lives in the 600 block of West Armitage Avenue was arrested about 2:30 p.m. Friday at her house on a domestic battery charge. Police said she spit on the victim.
  • A 24-year-old Westchester man was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of Fellows Court on two counts of domestic battery.
  • A 28-year-old Villa Park woman was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Fellows Court on two counts of domestic battery.
