Elmhurst Woman Arrested In Dispute With 'Liberals'
She released videos of her cursing two other women, calling one of them ugly and unemployed. She said there is no proof she spit on them.

ELMHURST, IL — An Elmhurst woman was arrested in December in a dispute with "liberals" at a local store, accusing one of them of being ugly and unemployed.
Gabriella Del Toro, 42, was charged with disorderly conduct, attempted battery and resisting a police officer, according to a police report. Police accused her of spitting on customers on the afternoon of Dec. 7 at Ebel's Ace Hardware, 1028 S. York St. Del Toro denies she spit on anyone.
On Friday, Del Toro provided Patch with videos of part of the dispute with two women. She allowed Patch to report on what was said in the videos, but not post them. In an email, she said she thought the release of the recordings would help her case.

Del Toro explained how the fight began.
"It started because I was yelling just stupid stuff having to do with our president, victim mentality, just things that shouldn't be said or yelled out loud in the middle of the plaza there," Del Toro said in the email.

In the footage, a store employee could be seen outside the building ordering Del Toro to leave. The two other women, both holding bags, were there. Someone called police.
One of the women said Del Toro threatened her.
Del Toro said she did not, saying she spit on the ground.
"It's on tape, b----," Del Toro said.
Del Toro then apparently pointed at the ground.
"If I spit on you, what the f--- is this? What is this, you lying b----? Look at you, you are so determined. You should put this much determination in getting a job," Del Toro said.
The woman said she had a job.
"No, you don't," Del Toro said. "Not dressed like that," adding that the woman looked like she belonged in an alley.
The woman again said Del Toro spit on her, to which Del Toro responded, "I didn't spit on you, you lying, ugly b----."
Del Toro then threatened she would post the video on YouTube.
At another point, with the police yet to arrive, Del Toro announced she was headed to McDonald's. Then she warned the other woman, "You're going to go viral for being a piece of s--- liberal."
She then said the woman had better go home to her eight children.
The woman could be heard speaking on her phone, presumably the police, saying that Del Toro was right next to her and going to McDonald's.
Del Toro then called both women "Karens," which is a term expressing contempt for white women perceived as entitled.
Del Toro pointed her camera at each of the women, "Here are the two Karens — Karen one and Karen two," adding, "Liberals like to lie. I know my rights."
At another point, an Uber driver was going to pick up Del Toro. But he apparently realized the situation and said he did not want the police chasing his car. He told Del Toro to have a good day.
"As soon as I get home to my kitty cat, I will," she replied.
She told the women that the police apparently didn't want to come.
"I'm trying to leave the scene," she said.
She apparently took no video after officers arrived.
In an email to Patch, Del Toro said, "The dispute started because I was yelling out loud political obscenities (completely inappropriate). The women didn't like what I was saying, which I don't blame them, but the case I'm fighting is them saying that I spit on them."
