Elmhurst Woman Hits Another At Restaurant: Cops

The resident was charged with battery and given a no-trespass notice, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst woman last week got into an argument over an online order at a local restaurant and struck someone in the face, police said.

Kellie G. Elwing, 51, who lives in the 400 block of North Highland Avenue, was cited on a charge of battery and given a no-trespass notice, police said. She was released on bond.

The incident occurred about 11 a.m. Saturday at Panera Bread, 108 E. North Ave., according to police.
