Man Accused Of Disorderly Conduct In Elmhurst: Cops
Two people were fighting on a property in town, according to a report.
ELMHURST, IL – A Bensenville man was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct in Elmhurst.
Abel Martinez, 39, was cited about 9 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of North Adele on charges of disorderly conduct and damage to property. He was released on bond.
According to a police report, a resident called 911 because two people were fighting on his property. Another person said Martinez was attempting to remove a passenger from a car, police said. Martinez told officers that he was attempting to prevent his son from leaving with the other person.
