
The No Boundaries Program is a Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance nationally sponsored beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. While No Boundaries focuses specifically on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome to join.
These programs are structured to help you cross the finish line in just 10 weeks! Along the way we’ll provide you with: motivation to keep you moving, overall guidance and support for any troubles you come across, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all to better help you achieve your goal. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you.
Train For Your Next 5k
Our next No Boundaries program will begin on Wednesday, September 12th at Fleet Feet Sports Elmhurst. The 10-week program consists of the running/walking program. You will get a full training schedule designed by our coaches and a weekly Wednesday night group workout at 6:30 pm.

The program also includes educational clinics on stretching, strengthening, injury prevention, gear, nutrition/hydration, and plenty more.
The No Boundaries 5K Program will have the goal race of the Elmhurst Turkey Trot on November 22nd.
