Fired Elmhurst Restaurant Worker Gets Physical: Cops
The employee left after being let go, but then returned to the kitchen, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – An employee fired over the weekend from Portillo's restaurant in Elmhurst wasn't gone for good.
About 8:30 p.m. Saturday, shortly after being let go, the employee returned to the restaurant, 155 S. Route 83, according to a police report. He went back into the kitchen and pushed a person into a wall, police said.
The suspect was issued a no-trespass notice, but was not charged, police said.
