Hotel Rendezvous Results in Prostitution Arrests: Police

Two Villa Park women are facing prostitution and cannabis charges following an investigation, reports said.

Police charged Roberta Grove, 24, of the 500 block of West Divisions, and Laura James, 22, of the 400 block of West Division, both of Villa Park, with oroim

Investigators met up with the woman at the Courtyard by Marriott at 370 N. Route 83 around 10:48 p.m. Feb. 6, police said.

Both allegedly agreed to sexual activity for $350. Police said they were also in possession of 2.5 grams of cannabis.

Grove and James were released on bond.
