IC Catholic Prep Basketball Program Raises Close to $6K at Coaches vs Cancer Event

The IC Catholic Prep Boys and Girls Basketball programs hosted their annual Coaches vs Cancer event on Saturday, January 31st. This all-day event featured a Silent Auction, Split-the-Pot Raffle, and halftime Cake Walks - all a part of the fundraising effort which netted close to $6,000! All of the proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society to help raise awareness about cancer and to support the on-going search for a cure. The teams wore special royal blue jerseys, representing the fight against colon cancer in remembrance of IC Catholic Prep parent, Kevin Radoha, and all those impacted by cancer. Special event t-shirts were also available for purchase at the games. To make the night even more special, the ICCP Knights swept all six games against Chicago Christian.
