IC Catholic Prep Competitive Dance Team Earns 4th Consecutive Trip to the IHSA State Finals

The IC Catholic Prep Dance Team qualified for the IHSA Class 1A Competitive Dance State Finals for the 4th consecutive year by advancing out of the Huntley Sectional this past weekend. Their performance of “Fire” earned the team a spot in the IHSA State Finals to be held in Bloomington, IL , with preliminary rounds to be held on Friday, January 29th. The top 10 teams from the Preliminary Round will advance to the Finals on Saturday, January 30th. The ICCP Dance Team have been competing since November and have earned 1st place titles at the Mundelein, South Elgin, and Plainfield Invites and also placed 2nd at the Eisenhower Invite and 2nd at the MSC Conference Competition making ICCP the top 1A team in the MSC Conference .
