IC Catholic Prep Competitive Dance Team Earns Another Trip to the IHSA State Finals

The IC Catholic Prep Dance Team qualified for the IHSA Class 1A Competitive Dance State Finals this past weekend by finishing 2nd in the DeKalb Sectional. Their performance in the Jazz routine to “Vogue” by Madonna earned the team a spot in the IHSA State Finals to be held in Bloomington, IL , with preliminary rounds to be held on Friday, January 30th. The top 10 teams from the Preliminary Round will advance to the Finals on Saturday, January 31st. The ICCP Dance Team have been competing since November and have placed in the top 2 at all of their IHSA Invitationals.  This will be the second year in a row that the team has qualified for the IHSA State Finals.  Good luck to the Lady Knights!
