IC Catholic Prep Football Pay It Forward for Cafe Amano

It’s no secret that football players love to eat, so it comes as no surprise that the IC Catholic Prep football program wanted to make sure they showed their gratitude to Café Amano and Chef Marco for feeding them every Saturday before home football games. As the 2014 football season concluded, Café Amano was preparing to move to their new location at 116 E. Schiller Street in Elmhurst. Chef Marco Conte and his business partner Chris DePodesta were in need of some heavy lifting to move furniture, supplies and décor; so members of the ICCP football team and coaching staff lent some muscle to get the job done. The Knights look forward to more delicious meals at the new Café Amano next season.
