ICGS Commemorates 1st Night Football Games with "Knight Night Bedtime Drive"
On Oct. 3rd, the ICGS football program ran a collection drive to benefit the IC food pantry, DuPage PADS, and Catholic Charities.
To commemorate Immaculate Conception Grade School’s first night football games under the lights at the Plunkett Athletic Complex in Elmhurst, the football program held their “Knight Night Bedtime Drive.” Junior Varsity and Varsity players, their families, and football fans of ICGS and their opponent, St. Francis Xavier (La Grange), donated pajamas, toothbrushes, toothpaste, blankets, slippers, and the like to benefit the IC Parish food pantry, DuPage P.A.D.S., and Catholic Charities. More than nine bins of donated items were collected.
