ICGS Dads Hit the Fairway

On Friday, September 18th, more than seventy-five Dads and friends of Immaculate Conception Grade School in Elmhurst played in the 1900 Club’s annual golf outing. The 1900 Club, the fathers’ arm of the ICGS Parents’ Club, held the event at White Pines Golf Course in Bensenville. The tournament, played in a shotgun format, was preceded by lunch and a blessing by IC Parochial Vicar, Father David Mowry. Also on hand to thank the participants for their support were IC Pastor, Father Tom Paul and ICGS Principal, Mrs. Cathy Linley.  After playing eighteen holes, the gentlemen enjoyed a dinner, along with a silent auction and raffles, all to benefit ICGS.
