Life is a Cycle national bike event comes to DuPage County

National commuter cycling event, Life is a Cycle, comes to DuPage County to teach local residents where and how to commute by bicycle.

Life is a Cycle is the event for anyone who has ever been curious about bike commuting. Life is a Cycle is a rare opportunity to experience active transportation in a group setting. Brought to you by the DuPage County Health Department, Grand Subaru, My City Bikes, and KIND Snacks, Life is a Cycle allows beginner bike commuters experience the community's bike lanes, paths, and shared use roads with a group and local ride leaders.

What: Life is a Cycle is a group bike ride that teaches you where to bike commute and the need-to-know essentials of biking for transportation.Who: This event is open to the public.

When: Today (Thursday, July 6, 2017) at 6:00 PM

Where: Bensenville Water Park + Splash Pad (7-mile loop starts and ends at the water park, more details available at www.lifeisacycle.bike)
