Loyola Dietitian and Physical Therapist to Give Talks for Active Older Adults at Elmhurst YMCA

A Loyola Medicine dietitian and physical therapist will speak to active older adults at the Elmhurst YMCA.

A Loyola Medicine dietitian and physical therapist will speak to active older adults at the Elmhurst YMCA in January and February.

Molly Novak, MS, RD, LDN, outpatient clinical dietitian, will give a talk titled “Nutrition in the Active
Older Adult” Wednesday, January 11 at 8:30 am.

Physical therapist Christine Lucas, PT, DPT, will give a talk titled “Balance and Flexibility in the Active
Older Adult” Thursday, February 9 at 9 am.

Both talks are free and open to the public at the Elmhurst YMCA, 211 W. First St., Elmhurst, Illinois.
