Man Caught Masturbating In Parking Lot: Elmhurst Police Reports

ELMHURST, IL — A woman walking out of a grocery store in Elmhurst reported a man masturbating in his car on Sunday, according to police reports. The victim told police she was walking out of Whole Foods, 215 S. Route 83, around 3 p.m. Oct. 28 when she noticed a dark blue SUV drive past her in front of the store.

The victim walked to her car and the same dark blue car parked next to her, according to police. The driver was leaning over to the passenger window, trying to make eye contact with the victim. When she look over, she saw the man masturbating. The victim drove away and did not get a license plate, police said.

The driver was described as male, Indian, with a medium length beard and in his mid-30s. He was wearing a black stocking hat and a blue puffy vest.
