Man Hurt In Elmhurst Workplace Violence: Police
The man told officers that he did not want to pursue charges.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police handled incidents involving workplace violence, trespassing at a restaurant, disorderly conduct, a drunk man, a dog bite and an unconscious person. Here is information from recent Elmhurst police reports:
Workplace violence
- A man told police that his co-worker hurt his back by taking him to the ground. The man reported the incident occurred between noon and 8 p.m. March 13 at Super Ego Holding, a trucking company at 677 N. Larch Ave. The man informed police a week later, but did not want to pursue charges.
Criminal trespassing

- A 31-year-old Clinton, Connecticut, man was cited about 10 p.m. Saturday at McDonald's, 920 N. York St., on a criminal trespassing charge. Police said they were called to a disturbance in which the man refused to leave. He was released.
Disorderly conduct
- A 63-year-old Elmhurst man who lives at The Grove of Elmhurst nursing home, 127 W. Diversey Ave., was arrested Saturday on a disorderly conduct charge. Police said the incident occurred shortly before noon Feb. 24 at the nursing home. The man was released.
Drunk man

- Officers and medics were called about 5:30 p.m. May 19 to a room at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, 370 N. Route 83. A drunk man was taken to Elmhurst Hospital.
Dog bite
- A resident in the 300 block of East Marion Street was bitten by her neighbor's dogs about 6 p.m. May 19. A bite report was submitted to DuPage County Animal Services.
Unconscious
- Officers and medics were called about 2:30 p.m. Friday to the 400 block of West Butterfield Road about a person who was unconscious but breathing. The person was taken to Elmhurst Hospital.
