Man Near Locker Room In Elmhurst Charged: Cops

The man wanted to shower in a children-focused business, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – A man who stood near the entryway to the locker room for an Elmhurst children's swim school was charged with disorderly conduct last week, police said.

The incident occurred about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Goldfish Swim School, 614 N. Michigan St., police said.

Staff asked the 37-year-old Las Vegas man, who was not a customer, to leave, police said. The man was served a no-trespass notice for Goldfish.

The man told officers that he wanted to enter the locker room to take a shower, police said.

On Friday, police had originally reported the disorderly conduct was at Evolution Dance Experience, which is in the same building.

It did not occur there. Evolution also asked police to issue a no-trespass notice to the man. Evolution's owner said the man entered her business a few weeks ago.

The man was released.
