Man Videos Elmhurst Victim's Feet: Cops
The suspect was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – A man was arrested after refusing to leave Elmhurst University last week, police said.
Officers found that Peter J. Simons, 73, of Chicago, had taken videos of a victim's feet, police said. It happened about 9 p.m. Thursday.
Simons was charged with disorderly conduct and issued a no-trespass notice. He was released on bond.
