Addison Library hosts free Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes every Thursday!

Having problems concentrating isn’t just a kid thing – it affects millions of grown-ups as well.

Interestingly but not surprisingly, one of the central benefits of meditation is that it improves attention and concentration!

People who regularly practice meditation may improve their mental focus by altering brain function. Compared to non-meditators, they may be better equipped to quiet brain activity which leads to mind-wandering.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is easy to learn and can be practiced almost anywhere. There are some basic guidelines that will make the experience even easier and more enjoyable. The class is informal and interactive - no previous experience necessary. All are welcome!
